Antonio Merlin Harmon received a commutation of sentence on January 17, 2017, from President Barack Obama for convictions in the District of South Carolina of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of 500 grams or more of cocaine and five grams or more of cocaine base, and possession of a firearm during and in relation to a drug trafficking crime. Harmon was convicted in 2010 and had been sentenced to 180 months imprisonment with 96 months of supervised release. The commutation reduced his imprisonment term.
