Brett Rolland Poore received a commutation of sentence on October 27, 2016, from President Barack Obama for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine with aiding and abetting, offenses for which he was convicted in 2005 in the Western District of Texas.
